Common Questions

Quick Answers About Wholesale Orders

Straightforward guidance on ordering, delivery, and product care so you can plan your next kitchen restock with confidence.

How do quantity pricing tiers work?

Each product category lists price breaks based on order volume. When you add items to your cart, the system automatically applies the tier that matches your total quantity per category. If you are unsure which tier fits your operation, our team can help you compare options before you commit.

What delivery scheduling options are available for commercial zones?

We coordinate delivery windows with your kitchen's opening hours. During checkout, you can select a preferred day and time slot that fits your service schedule. For repeat buyers, we can set up a recurring delivery plan so staple items arrive before you run low.

Can I order a mix of categories in one order?

Yes. Your cart can hold cookware, knife sets, pastry tools, and storage solutions at the same time. Quantity pricing is calculated separately for each category, so you can reach a higher tier in one group without over-ordering in another.

How should I care for stainless steel cookware?

Let pans cool before washing and use warm soapy water with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch the surface. For stubborn marks, a stainless steel cleaner works well. Proper care keeps your equipment looking sharp and performing reliably through daily service.

What is the best way to store chef knives between shifts?

Use a knife block, magnetic strip, or blade guards to protect edges and prevent accidents. Avoid loose drawers where blades can knock against other tools. Keeping knives dry and properly stored extends their sharpness and keeps your prep station organized.

Do you support hospitality training centers?

Absolutely. We supply equipment and tools for culinary schools and training programs. If you are outfitting a new classroom or need consistent stock for practical sessions, our team can discuss volume needs and scheduling that aligns with your academic calendar.

Terms & Conditions Clarifications

Ordering, Delivery, and Product Use — What We Mean by Each

This page explains how we define key terms used across ChefLink Express. If a phrase on a product page or invoice leaves room for interpretation, the definitions below are the ones that apply to your order.

Wholesale Quantities

A wholesale order means multiple units of the same item, packed as a single line. Mixed selections of single pieces are retail orders and are priced accordingly. Quantity pricing applies only to identical SKUs within one purchase order.

Commercial Delivery Zones

Scheduled delivery covers registered business addresses in designated commercial zones. Residential drop-offs, gated estates, and sites without loading access may require a different arrangement or an additional coordination step before dispatch.

Professional-Grade Equipment

Items labeled professional-grade are built for continuous daily service in commercial kitchens. They are not rated for industrial processing lines, high-temperature ovens beyond stated limits, or outdoor installation unless the product page says otherwise.

Chef-Ready Condition

Chef-ready means the item arrives clean, inspected, and free of manufacturing defects. Knives are factory-edged and may need a quick honing before first use. Cookware should be washed once before it touches food service.

Repeat Buyer Checkout

The streamlined checkout for repeat buyers stores your business details, delivery zone, and past order lines. It does not store payment information. A new confirmation is issued for every order, even when the cart is rebuilt from history.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty applies to manufacturing faults under normal commercial use. It does not cover damage from dropping, misuse, abrasive cleaning pads, or exposure to liquids beyond the product's stated rating. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

If a term on this page conflicts with a specific note on a product listing, the product listing takes precedence for that item. For anything not covered here, contact our support desk with your order number and we will confirm the applicable condition before you commit.
